Home Summer Camp Rules & Guidelines:
1. All Payments are due on or by Monday of each week.
All Field-Trips (Cash Only)
We do not prorate for any missed or sick days. No Exceptions.
Form of Payment: Cash, Money Order or Zelle (shawannafarmer@sbcglobal.net). If paying by zelle please add child/children name & Cowan Elementary in Memo.
2. We are not responsible for any lost belongings. Please put your Child's name in all his/her belongings.
3. In general foul and abusive language will not be tolerated, fighting will not be allowed by any circumstances, and tampering with the belongings of others will not be endured.
4. Do not send children with valuable belongings.
5. Children need to wear Tennis shoes & socks every day. No sandals, open toe shoes or flip flops. They have sport activities that require Tennis shoes.
6. We close at 6:00 pm. Late pick up fees will be applied at 6:01 pm. $1.00 per minute.
7. We reserve the right to dismiss & refuse any Child/Family from our program for disruptive behavior
or Special Accommodations that require 1 on 1 services or smaller groups.

$135 Weekly (Per Child)
Sibling Discount $10 OFF
Registration $35.00 per child 1 (T-Shirt Included)

Crystal Stairs Students are responsible for paying for:
Tuesday & Friday Field-Trips.
Given the climate that we are living in, there will be specific procedures set in place to ensure the health and well-being of all students and Staff. We will be following the CDC guidelines for our day program.
We reserve the right to refuse or dismiss any Child/Family from our program for Bullying, Disruptive Behavior, IEP, Special Accommodations that require Smaller Groups or 1on1 services & Prior students that have been dismissed from previous year.
